Sharpen Your Sword
Hi! My name is Peter Nederlof, I'm a traditional ink artist from the Netherlands and It's my honor to host this week’s Inktober takeover! I live in the beautiful city of Amersfoort with my wife and our son. By day I’m a software developer, but most of my spare time is spent drawing.
I take a lot of inspiration from old-school fantasy art, comics, and gaming. About four years ago I set a personal goal to portray all 92 bosses of Dark Souls 1-3 in pen and ink. As of this writing, I'm slightly over halfway done, so I'll probably have an equal amount of time to go.
This year marks the third time that I participated in Inktober. Each year came with its own successes and failures, but that’s the whole point; to challenge yourself, learn, and improve.
Each week we have a different artist share their work. These are a few of our most recent favorites!
Vichi, Diantha Korzun, Dragostin Kiryakov, Chloe Gendron, Cho-Hyun Kim
