Cuddle Up and Draw!
Hi, my name is Lena a.k.a. Bessna and I’m honored to be this week’s featured Inktober artist! I’ve always been an artist but not always an illustrator. I am a fashion designer by education, but after my graduation, I spent several years doing some other stuff related to creativity.
I worked as an illustrator for kid’s magazines, an airbrush artist, tattoo and jewelry designer, I even did some portraits! It was only in 2017 that I received creative recognition and became an independent artist thanks to Instagram! My passion for motorcycles and love for dragons united in my mind and I created a series of designs “Dragonbikes” which gave me the inspiration and power to create more and more.
At the same time, my passion for ink never disappeared and I have had the great pleasure to participate in the Inktober since that same year! Last year I fled Russia for the Dominican Republic and became an NFT artist. Some of my pieces drawn for the Inktober challenge were also sold as NFTs.
